Conditions: 10 g of pretreated sample was added to 10 mL acetonitrile and homogenized by vortexing (1 min, 50 mL centrifuge tube, REF 730223). 4 g anhydrous MgSO4 and
1 g NaCl were then added and immediately vortexed (1 min). The tube was then centrifuged (5 min, 2080 x g). 2 mL supernatant was transferred to a 10 mL centrifuge tube containing 25 mg CHROMABOND® Diamino adsorbent and 200 mg anhydrous MgSO4 , vortexed (1 min) and centrifuged (5 min, 2080 x g). An 0.5 mL aliquot of the supernantant was transferred to 1.5 mL sample vial and analyzed by LC-MS.
